All of room 6 and room 5 went to go on a waka trip we were doing all the practice at the hall it was difficult according to me, they were saying you had to do 10 push ups if you put the tip of the hoi on the floor ,you would have to do 10 push ups and I didn’t even know how to do push ups ! but the time we were there it was freezing and my breath was cooling down. I would blow mist so we lined up and headed to the beach where we were doing a challenge. There was a list of things which we had to find while we were doing that room 5 started getting ready to go on the waka they didn’t  start heading onto the waka until we were finished the challenge. I found some interesting shells which till later I found out were crabs. It was like really majestic I would’ve never known but that was the coolest thing I saw as soon as we finished. I just figured that they just started getting ready to get on the waka. We must be better since we practised faster but anyways back to the past. We started walking up to the other side of the beach to start making sand castles. Oshaye and I were making a village so we made mini castles and big castles but we had a few more minutes left so Oshaye made a really pretty mermaid as I made THE OCTOPUSES. We definitely won. Finally we’re getting to the good part. We started hopping onto the waka the Matua were telling some stories while we were going pass areas which were from the olden days like there was this village which I  was really interested in but the most coolest part is when we started coming by the Haruru Falls  the one thing which was yucky was the sea foam it looks like fluffy poop. But it was really fun so on our way back they started singing some waiata. When we came back from the land they made a whole haka for us. And we just ate some snacks and hopped back on the bus. It was a really cool experience
